چکیده
This work shows the possibility of obtaining hybrid layered metal-polymer composites based on low-carbon steel and aluminum alloys with interlayers basalt fiber reinforced thermoplastic polymer — polyetheretherketone by methods hot cold bonding use curing adhesives, respectively. The adhesive tear shear strength obtained two alternative impact steel-polymer alloy-polymer joints were evaluated. tests five-layered for bending samples “crack-arrester” type V-notch (with orientation notch line across composite layers) at temperatures −60, +20, +200°С carried out. analysis test results showed that have increased loads resistance to brittle fracture low climatic high working temperatures. Fractographic surface allowed determine proceeds through adhesive, cohesive, mixed mechanisms. Cohesive is initiated in layer nucleation crack growth along fiber-matrix interface, as well cracking fibers.

Creep Behavior of Basalt and Glass Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composites
The creep behavior of basalt fiber reinforced epoxy (BFRE) and glass fiber reinforced epoxy (GFRE) composites was studied through tensile testing at high temperature. To study the effect of reinforcing epoxy, the micro glass powder (MGP) was added at various volume percentage into the epoxy resin in BFRE composites. The initial strain for all the specimens were evaluated and compared with each ...
متن کاملAccelerated Heat Aging Study of Phenolic/Basalt Fiber Reinforced Composites
One of the greatest impediments to use polymer-matrix composites is their susceptibility to degradation when exposed to the elevated temperatures and the limited knowledge on the thermal and mechanical properties of these composites at such temperatures. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of accelerated heat aging on the tensile properties of the Woven Basalt/Phenolic (WBP) ...
متن کاملthe impact resistance of fiber-reinforced polymer composites: a review
fiber reinforced composites are widely used instead of traditional materials in various technological applications. therefore, by considering the extensive applications of these materials, a proper knowledge of their impact behavior (from low- to high-velocity) as well as their static behavior is necessary. in order to study the effects of strain rates on the behavior of these materials, specia...

متن کاملaging influence on charpy impact behavior of basalt fiber reinforced epoxy composites
changes in moisture content and temperature can perturb both stiffness and strength and as such the impact resistance of composite structures. in this paper, the pre-notched basalt fibre reinforced epoxy (bfre) composite specimens are studied under charpy impact loads in order to investigate the changes in impact energy absorption (fracture toughness) with different kinds of aging conditions. t...
